Privacy

V-Stage uses listing photos and customer details only to review, stage, package, and deliver virtual staging orders.

Information received

Customers may send listing photos, shared folder links, listing addresses or areas, contact information, style notes, and timing details.

How photos are used

Photos are used to assess stageability, prepare staged images, review quality, create delivery files, and keep order records. V-Stage may keep originals and staged files for follow-up, revisions, records, and future work with the same customer.

Who else handles your data

V-Stage is a small team, but it runs on services that necessarily see some of your information. Submitted photos are sent to Anthropic to assess what is in each room and estimate scope. Photos and delivered files are stored in Google Drive, and order details in Google Sheets. Payments are handled by Stripe, which V-Stage never sees card numbers through. Email is sent via Resend and Gmail.

All of these operate outside Canada, so your information is processed outside Canada. None of them are given your data for their own marketing, and V-Stage does not sell or share it with anyone else.

Delivery links

Launch orders are delivered through shared folders. Treat delivery links as private and share them only with people involved in the listing.

Questions or deletion requests
