Orders and quotes

V-Stage confirms scope, timing, and price before production starts. Pricing is per listing: C$100 covers up to 10 staged images. A room whose furniture has to be cleared before it can be staged is C$25, charged once per room regardless of how many angles of that room are staged. Images beyond 10 are C$25 each.

Payment

You can pay by card up front using the estimator, or ask for a manual invoice. Card charges appear as VSTAGEHQ.COM.

A payment made from the estimator is based on the image and room counts you selected. Scope is confirmed when your photos arrive, and the photos decide the final price: if more rooms need their furniture cleared, or the image count differs, the difference is invoiced or refunded before any work starts. Nothing is produced until the confirmed scope and the amount paid agree, and if you would rather not proceed once scope is confirmed, the payment is refunded in full.

Revisions

Revisions are free for practical changes to realism, placement, style direction, or missed instructions. Additional images, a completely different design direction, or work outside the confirmed scope may require a new quote.

Disclosure and customer responsibility

Finished staged images include a visible Virtually Staged label, and original photos are included in the delivery package. Agents remain responsible for their brokerage, board, MLS, advertising, and legal requirements.
