Virtual staging for rental building managers
Furnish the photo. Say so in the ad.
Send the whole suite, not just one room. The suite you are leasing now comes back furnished, labelled, with the original and a line for the ad, usually the next business day.

V-Stage is based in Kelowna, and you deal with the same person every time: rooms are staged with AI, and we check every image against your original before it reaches you.
Leasing a single unit rather than a building, or selling rather than leasing? There’s a page for property managers and one for listing agents.
Can one suite’s photos be reused for the others?
No. Every unit is photographed and staged as itself, even where the floor plan is identical. Showing one suite’s photos as another risks misleading the person who books the viewing.
What if the suite is still occupied?
Their things come out of the photo digitally. Nobody waits for a move-out and nobody re-shoots the unit.
Is a furnished photo honest for a rental?
Only if the ad says so, which is why the delivery is built around saying it. Every image is labelled, the original comes with it, and you get the line for the ad. No tenancy branch publishes a rule on staged photos, so the standard worth borrowing is the one real estate regulators use: BC Financial Services Authority’s Artificial Intelligence Guideline.
How it works
Send the photos. That’s all we need to start.
No software, no account, nothing to schedule.
Step 1: Send your listing photos
Share the folder your photos are in and paste the link, or send one photo straight from the form. Empty or furnished rooms both work.
Step 2: We work through it together
Staged with AI, then we check every image against your original. Want something changed? Tell us.
Step 3: Get your listing-ready set
Staged images with Virtually Staged labels, your original photos, and the disclosure note.
Pricing
Priced by the listing, not by the photo.
A suite is a listing, and the whole suite is one price rather than one price per room.
C$100
a listing · up to 10 staged images
A room whose furniture has to be cleared first is C$25, charged once per room however many angles. Images past 10 are C$25 each. Your first image is free and your quote is confirmed before any work starts.

One suite. Staged free.
Upload a photo and get it back staged, beside the original. No card, nothing to cancel.
There are no testimonials on this site yet and none are needed: the first image is free, so nothing rests on taking our word for it.
FAQ
Quick answers before the first photo.
Occupied suites, turnover, what you can and cannot reuse, and how fast a lease-up can move.
No, and this is the one thing worth being firm about. Every unit is photographed and staged as itself, even where the floor plan is identical, because showing one suite’s photos as another suite risks misleading the person who books the viewing. Identical layouts still differ in floor, light, view, finish and wear, and a prospective tenant is entitled to see the suite they would actually rent. What repeats is the styling, not the photograph: tell us the look you used last time and the next suite is staged to match it.
Send the photos you already have. Existing furniture comes out of the photo digitally and the room is staged from scratch, so nobody waits for a move-out and nobody re-shoots the unit.
Only if you say so, which is why the delivery is built around saying it. Every image carries a visible Virtually Staged label, the original comes back with it, and you get a line for the ad: “Photos are virtually staged. This unit is rented unfurnished.” Rental advertising is not governed the way a listing is, and no tenancy branch publishes a rule on staged photos, so the standard worth holding to is the one real estate regulators use: an advertisement must not misrepresent the property. Labelling the image and showing the original is how you meet it either way.
Next business day is the standard for a normal batch. Tell us how many suites and by when, whether it is a turnover or a whole lease-up, and we will tell you honestly whether that is realistic before you commit to it.
One suite, staged free. If it works for that layout it works for the rest of them.
