White-label staging for Okanagan photographers

Virtual staging you don’t have to do.

Keep the staging line in your packages. Send me the rooms, get finished images back under your name, and stop losing evenings to furniture placement and the emails that come with it.

I’m Preston, in Kelowna. I don’t shoot listings, so I’m not a competitor to you, and I never contact the agents you work with.

Will you go after my clients?

No. Delivery is unbranded, I don’t approach the agents you shoot for, and it goes in writing before you send anything.

Is it consistent, or just one good sample?

Judge it on a whole set. Send a test batch across the room types you actually shoot, free, before you commit to anything.

What does it cost me?

Trade pricing, per listing. The rate card has it, and I’ll confirm against your volume after a free test batch.

Your clients

They stay yours. In writing, before you send a thing.

Handing a supplier your client list is the part that actually costs you sleep, and no amount of friendly copy fixes it. So here is the arrangement in plain terms.

I never contact your clients

Not for feedback, not for marketing, not after the job. The agent is yours and stays yours.

Delivery is unbranded

Files come back named how you ask, with nothing of mine on them. What your client sees is your work.

I’m not a photographer

I don’t shoot listings, so there’s no route from me to your clients even if I wanted one. Staging is the whole business.

The label isn’t a logo

The only mark on a staged image reads Virtually Staged. It is a disclosure, so it stays correct with your name on the work.

The thing you’d find in one search anyway

Yes, this site sells staging to agents directly.

C$100 a listing, published on the home page. You would find it in about twenty seconds, so it is better said here than discovered later.

What makes the partner arrangement work is that staging sits inside your package at your price, where a client is buying a shoot rather than pricing a line item. If that doesn’t sit right with you, better to know now than after a test batch.

Consistency

One person, and he never changes.

Small shops have a reputation for drifting: quality wanders, an editor leaves, the next batch looks different. It is a fair thing to be wary of, and worth being straight about.

The answer here is the same fact from the other side. There is no team to rotate and no editor to replace. The same person stages every room and checks every image against the original, which is also why there is a real limit on how many photographers I can work with at once.

Judge that on a set rather than a sample, and judge it on your own rooms rather than mine. Send a batch across the room types you actually shoot, including the awkward ones, and see whether it holds all the way through.

Pick the room types you actually shoot, including the awkward ones. I’ll stage them at no charge so you can hold the results against your own work before any money or commitment is involved.

FAQ

What photographers ask first.

Your clients, your brand, the rate, and what happens when something comes back wrong.

No, and it goes in writing before you send anything. Delivery is unbranded, your name goes on the work, and I don’t approach the agents you shoot for. It runs the other way too: agents who come to me wanting a full shoot get pointed at you.
