Virtual staging for developers and builders
Only one unit can be the show suite.
Send photos of the others and they come back furnished, usually the next business day, every image labelled and the original attached. Buyers see the unit they would actually own, not the one down the hall.

V-Stage is based in Kelowna, and you deal with the same person every time: rooms are staged with AI, and we check every image against your original before it reaches you.
Selling one home rather than a building, or leasing rather than selling? There’s a page for listing agents and one for property managers.
What if the building is not finished?
If a room exists and can be photographed, it can be staged. If all you have is drawings, you want a rendering firm rather than us.
Is a staged presale photo allowed?
Every image is labelled, the original comes with it, and a disclosure note ships alongside. BC’s regulator says virtual staging can be fine so long as the altered photo is labelled: BC Financial Services Authority’s Artificial Intelligence Guideline. Your own board and counsel set the rule that applies to you.
What does a whole building cost?
C$100 a listing, up to 10 images. Tell us the unit count and we quote the lot before anything starts.
How it works
Send the photos. That’s all we need to start.
No software, no account, nothing to schedule.
Step 1: Send the unit or the show home
Share the folder the photos are in, or send a few straight from the form. An empty shell works, and so does a spec home, an inventory unit or a finished show home you want shown a different way.
Step 2: Staged, then checked
Each room is furnished with AI, then we check every image against the original before it leaves. Anything uncertain is held rather than sent.
Step 3: Get the marketing set
Staged images with Virtually Staged labels, your originals, and the disclosure note for the listing or the brochure.
Pricing
Priced by the listing, not by the photo.
A building is several listings. The quote covers all of them before anything starts.
C$100
a listing · up to 10 staged images
A room whose furniture has to be cleared first is C$25, charged once per room however many angles. Images past 10 are C$25 each. Your first image is free and your quote is confirmed before any work starts.

One unit. Staged free.
Upload a photo and get it back staged, beside the original. No card, nothing to cancel.
There are no testimonials on this site yet and none are needed: the first image is free, so nothing rests on taking our word for it.
FAQ
Quick answers before the first photo.
Spec homes, inventory homes and show homes, and what we can and cannot do with a unit that is not finished yet.
Only from a photograph of a real room. We furnish rooms that exist — an empty shell, a finished suite, a show home. We do not render a unit from plans. If what you have is drawings rather than photographs, an architectural rendering firm is what you want, not us.
Yes, and it is the usual ask. Send one photo per unit type and say how many variations you want. Each is staged separately and each counts as its own image, at the same rate either way.
Treat it exactly like any other staged marketing image. Every image comes back with a visible Virtually Staged label, the untouched original, and a disclosure note. In British Columbia, where V-Stage is based, the BC Financial Services Authority’s Artificial Intelligence Guideline of February 2024 tells licensees that virtual staging may be fine but that altered and enhanced photos should be labelled so a buyer is not misled, and its own example of an altered photo is a room filled with virtual furnishings. Your regulator, your board and your marketing counsel set the rule that applies to you; this is built so that following it is not extra work.
Pricing is per listing: C$100 covers up to 10 staged images, a room that has to be cleared first is C$25, and images past 10 are C$25 each. A building is usually several listings. Tell us the unit count and we will quote the whole thing before anything starts.
Send one unit. The first image is staged free, and we quote the rest once we have seen what the photos are actually like.
