V-Stage is based in Kelowna, and you deal with the same person every time: rooms are staged with AI, and we check every image against your original before it reaches you.

Who answers when something is wrong?

One address, one phone number, and the same person every time. There is no ticket queue and nothing to escalate through.

Is there another login to manage?

No. Share the folder your photos are in and paste the link, or upload a photo from the form. There is no account to create and no software to learn.

Can several listings go at once?

Yes. One folder per listing with a note on which photos belong where, and each is quoted as its own job.

One listing is one job, so it invoices the way the rest of your package does.

A room whose furniture has to be cleared first is C$25, charged once per room however many angles. Images past 10 are C$25 each. Your first image is free and your quote is confirmed before any work starts.

You’ll get it back staged, beside your original, usually the next business day.

By sending, you confirm you have the right to have these photos edited, and agree they are processed by OpenAI and Anthropic and stored in a private Google Drive folder — see our privacy policy and terms. Ask us to delete them at any time.
