A partner for home stagers

The rooms your inventory cannot reach.

The spare bedroom, the basement, the third angle: send the rooms a physical job could not reach and they come back furnished under your name, usually the next business day.

V-Stage is based in Kelowna, and you deal with the same person every time: rooms are staged with AI, and we check every image against your original before it reaches you.

Here for your own listings rather than a client’s, or leasing rather than selling? There’s a page for listing agents and one for property managers.

“I think virtual staging misleads buyers.”

So do we, when it is done without saying so. Every image carries a visible label, the untouched original travels with it, and a disclosure note ships alongside, which is the line BC’s regulator draws too: BC Financial Services Authority’s Artificial Intelligence Guideline. The objection is to the deception, not to the furniture.

“Are you competing with me?”

No. A physical stage sells the rooms a buyer stands in. This is for the ones your inventory will not stretch to, under your name, unbranded.

“Do you empty out an occupied room?”

Only if you ask. Plenty of stagers will not have furniture removed digitally, so it is a choice you make per room rather than something that happens by default.

How it works

Send the photos. That’s all we need to start.

No software, no account, nothing to schedule.

  1. Step 1: Send your listing photos

Share the folder your photos are in and paste the link, or send one photo straight from the form. Empty or furnished rooms both work.

  2. Step 2: We work through it together

Staged with AI, then we check every image against your original. Want something changed? Tell us.

  3. Step 3: Get your listing-ready set

Staged images with Virtually Staged labels, your original photos, and the disclosure note.

FAQ

Quick answers before the first photo.

Whether this competes with you, whose brand it ships under, and what it costs.

So do we, when it is done the way you are picturing. An unlabelled furnished photo of an empty room, with no original to compare it against, is the thing that earns this industry its reputation, and it is the reason some stagers will not touch it. Every image we deliver carries a visible Virtually Staged label, the untouched original travels with it, and a disclosure note ships alongside, so a buyer can see exactly what was added before they book a viewing. That is also the position the regulator takes where V-Stage is based: the BC Financial Services Authority’s Artificial Intelligence Guideline of February 2024 does not ban virtual staging, it tells licensees to label an altered photo so a buyer is not misled. The objection is to the deception, not to the furniture, and the deception is the part we removed. Architecture is not ours to change either: furniture and décor go in, and walls, windows, built-ins and the camera framing are meant to come back as they were photographed. If you still think the medium is wrong for the rooms you stage, that is a fair position and this is not for you.
